Violin, Jacob von der Lippe - Oslo, 2018

237 Hours of Love

That is how many hours it took me to make this violin. It's way more than most people imagine. What sets my violins apart from the crowd out there? First of all, it's made on my own von der Lippe model. This personal model is the result of nearly 20 years of experience, and represents the essence of what a violin should be. Both aesthetically and soundwise. It offers a rich, full-bodied sound that allows the musicians to express their emotions and the beauty of music. To avoid the use of ebony, this violin features the groundbreaking material Corene in the fingerboard, upper and lower nut. Now available for trial.
