I finished this violin just before Christmas 2021. The violin traveled all the way to San Francisco and the talented music student Idunn Lohne. I was so lucky to meet them both in the workshop a few weeks later, and noticed that they have already become good friends. This is my first violin in the States in a long time, in the hope that more will follow. Fun fact: the bottom of the flamed maple was bought in Mittenwald in 1982, and I love the little knot at the bottom right!
